Basil Pesto Garlic Shrimp Pasta
You Will Need:
- 1 pound frozen shrimp fully cooked
- Tony's Cajun seasoning
- Parsley flakes
- Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper as needed
- 1 jar of Basil Pesto Alfredo Sauce (Kroger Private Selection brand)
- Frozen broccoli florets (1lb)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Defrost and cut up cooked shrimp into pieces (or keep whole)
- Sauté shrimp in melted butter with Tony’s cajun & Parsley
- Boil angel hair pasta al dente for 6 minutes in separate pot (i used barilla protein pasta)
- Once shrimp is slightly brown add in one jar of basil pesto alfredo sauce (Kroger Private Selection brand) and add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
- Add frozen broccoli florets and put lid on pot and simmer for on low for 15 minutes or until broccoli is soft
- Once pasta is done, add it all together and BAM
- You could also top with parmesan cheese if you wanted!
