Katie’s Turkey No Bean Chili
Ingredients:
2 diced yellow onions
4 cloves of garlic crushed and minced
1 lb. of ground turkey
Dried Basil
Dried Thyme
Chili powder (be very generous)
Garlic salt
Garlic powder
Cajun powder
Touch of curry
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato paste
2/3 bottle of your favorite amber beer
2/3 bottle of Preggo Italian Sausage and Garlic sauce
Squirt of bbq sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays)
Few drops of Frank's red hot
Crushed red pepper flakes
A couple squirts of lime juice.
Directions:
1.
Brown the turkey
meat on the stove. Drain.
2.
Dump everything
into a stock pot
3.
Simmer on
low-medium heat for 45 minutes or until heated throughout.
4.
Serve with a
dollop of sour cream and a small handful of shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl. Enjoy!
